1. Introduction
Integra3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a marketplace integration SaaS operated by an independent software developer based in Brazil. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data when you use our services at https://integra3d.recolor.com.br/.
We process personal data in accordance with Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

Integra3D is not certified under ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or SOC 2. There is no dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO); privacy and security inquiries are handled directly by the operator.
3. What We Do
Integra3D helps sellers:
- Create and manage product listings
- Publish listings to Mercado Livre, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
- Synchronize orders from connected marketplaces
- Manage marketplace credentials through secure OAuth connections
Integra3D is a marketplace integration platform. It does not operate as a standalone fiscal or accounting system.
4. Personal Data We Collect
4.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash)
- Product and listing data: titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs, and variations you enter
- Settings and preferences: simulation mode, platform configuration
4.2 Information from Marketplace Integrations
When you connect a marketplace account, we receive and store (in encrypted form):
- OAuth access and refresh tokens
- Shop or seller identifiers
- Order information retrieved from marketplace APIs when you use order management features (e.g., order ID, buyer name, shipping address, items purchased). This information is primarily fetched when needed and is not stored as a standalone order database.
- Billing or invoice-related records when applicable for tax or accounting purposes (for example, buyer name and tax document number stored only when needed for your business operations or external marketplace processes)
We access marketplace data only after you authorize the connection.
4.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Session data: login timestamps, session tokens, IP address, browser user agent
- Technical logs: error messages and request metadata for security and troubleshooting
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the application.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:

- Legal obligation — when retention or disclosure is required by law
7. How We Protect Your Data
- All web traffic uses HTTPS encryption
- Marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
- Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing
- Each customer can access only their own data
- Production systems are hosted on a secured VPS accessible only to the operator
- Development machines use Windows Defender and Norton Antivirus
- We apply the principle of least privilege — no employees or contractors have access to your data
8. Data Sharing
We share data only in these circumstances:

9. International Data Transfers
Marketplace platforms may process data on servers located outside Brazil. When you connect TikTok Shop or other international platforms, your data may be transferred according to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies. We transfer data internationally only as necessary to provide the service you requested.
10. Data Retention and Deletion

When your business relationship with Integra3D ends, we delete your personal data from our production systems, including your account, credentials, listings, and associated records, within approximately 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Backup copies may persist for a limited technical period and are overwritten on the next backup cycle.
11. Your Rights Under LGPD
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data
- Access your personal data
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data
- Request portability of your data to another service, where applicable
- Obtain information about entities with whom we have shared your data
- Revoke consent where processing is based on consent
- Petition the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados)

13. Children’s Privacy
Integra3D is a business-to-business service intended for sellers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Integra3D after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
